MOTORCYCLE SAFETY COURSE
Where :
When : Classes availible year round. Call for dates
Instruction : Instructors are certified by the Motorcycle Safety Foundation
(MSF). All classes are taught according to the rules and regulations
of the Motorcycle Safety Foundation and the Florida Department of Highway
Safety and Motor Vehicles. Motorcycles are provided for each student.
Students may not use their own motorcycles.
Cost : $ per person $ per person under 21 years of age) All cost are
subject to change.
Course : Three days - Thursday, 6-9pm, Saturday & Sunday, 8am-4pm
Registration : Call for available dates. Class size is limited, first-
come- first- serve.
All students must wear protective gear when riding during the course,
it must include :
* Three-quarter or full coverage motorcycle helmet, U.S. DOT approved.
* Eye protection (goggles, face sheild or shatter-proff eyeglasses)
*Long sleeved shirt or jacket.
* Long pants (non-flared, preferably denim)
* Over - the - ankle footware (ankles must be covered)
* Full - fingered gloves (preferably leather)
To be eligible for successful course completion, students must attend
and complete all classroom and range modules of the core curriculum
and pass the knowledge and skill evaluations, MSR course completion
cards will only be given to graduates who meet course evaluation standards.
Successful course completers may take this card to the Florida Divition
of Motor Vehicles Licensing Office to receive their motorcycle endorsment.
